Alexa is a Board-Certified Case Manager with seven years of experience in the field, six of which have been spent supervising and directing a case management program.

Alexa specializes in serving individuals with developmental disabilities and has built her work around a simple but demanding belief: that the person receiving care should be the most active participant in it. She invests in removing the barriers of race, socioeconomic status and systemic complexity that so often stand between people and the support they deserve, not by working around the system, but by refusing to let it win.

Her focus extends equally to the professionals delivering that care. Alexa challenges case managers to see their work not as a series of obligations to survive but as a direct line to the lives they are changing. Her sessions are not motivational. They are clarifying, practical and at times uncomfortable, because she believes real growth rarely happens in comfortable rooms. She is not here to make the job easier. She is here to make it matter more.
