Ben Parkison, MBA, MS Eng, brings over two decades of experience designing and scaling advanced technology systems across aerospace, enterprise software and healthcare. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master's in Engineering, with his early career work focused on modeling complex technical, operational and economic systems in the aerospace and aviation industries. Since transitioning into the technology startup ecosystem, Ben has spent more than 10 years building and leading products based on emerging technologies, including early applied artificial intelligence and, more recently, large language model–driven systems. Ben entered healthcare in 2019, applying advanced analytics and AI to revenue cycle, prior authorization and denial management challenges. As Head of Product at Long Tail Health Solutions, he partners closely with clinicians, physician advisors and healthcare operators to translate clinical judgment, policy and regulatory complexity into scalable, compliant technology. His focus centers on applying AI to reduce administrative burden, improve access to affordable care and support care teams in delivering high-quality, patient-centered outcomes within real-world healthcare environments.
