Dr. Charles White has over 25 years of experience in healthcare leadership, governance, college teaching and systems improvement. Charles holds a Bachelor’s in Hospital Administration and Planning from the University of New Hampshire, a Master of Business Administration from Southern University of New Hampshire and a Doctorate in Education from Capella University. Charles is passionate about engaging stakeholders to drive innovative change, achieve operational results and implement system changes that improve patient care for vulnerable and at-risk populations.
