Rosalyn Burns is currently the Director of Training for a case management company in Maryland providing case management for HCBS. She has worked in case management for more than 30 years, delivering services across community settings, workers' compensation, and disability services. A former Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Rosalyn became a Certified Case Manager (CCM) in the 1990s. After taking a break to homeschool her son, she renewed her credentials by retaking the CCM exam in 2016 and began volunteering for The Commission shortly thereafter.
