Stacy Hite, PT, DPT, MHS, CHT, PYT is a physical therapist and certified hand therapist at the University of Virginia Outpatient Orthopedic Center and Hand Center. Stacy has worked in outpatient hand therapy at the UVA for the past 15 years. She has been practicing as a physical therapist since 1993, focusing her practice on the upper quarter since 2007. She is a certified Professional Yoga Therapist in Medical Therapeutic Yoga from the Living Well Institute. Stacy finds joy in helping people discover fullness of life through self-care and therapeutic movement.
