Valeria Buckley, RN, brings more than 35 years of nursing experience and 28 years of expertise in case management and utilization review across the full continuum of care — including acute care hospitals, long-term acute care and managed care organizations. Her career spans both frontline practice and over fifteen years in nurse leadership roles within leading health plans, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the clinical, operational and regulatory demands nurse case managers face every day. As the Founder and CEO of Nurse Touch Community Care and Wellness Services, Valeria is deeply committed to improving health outcomes at the community level in Memphis, Tennessee. Her work bridges clinical excellence with population health strategies, making her uniquely positioned to connect with and support nurse case managers in advancing quality care and health equity.
