Registration Categories

CCM / CDMS - Registration rate for Board-Certified Case Managers and Board-Certified Disability Management Specialists. To secure this rate, you must be board-certified through The Commission and in good standing at the date of registration. If you have passed either of the exams, please wait to register until this information appears on your account.

Non-CCM / Non-CDMS - Registration rate for anyone who is not a Board-Certified Case Manager or a Board-Certified Disability Management Specialist. 

Non-CCM / Non-CDMS Government - Discounted registration rate for government employees. If you qualify for the non-CCM / non-CDMS Government rate, please contact The Commission™ at contact@yourcommission.org or at 856-380-6836 for assistance.

Group Registration - Discounted group registration rates are available for groups of four or more from a single company. The deadline to finalize a group registration is October 2, 2026. Please contact customer service at contact@yourcommission.org or at 856-380-6836 for assistance. 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, a written request with your registration confirmation must be received by September 18, 2026. Cancellation requests received by September 18, 2026, will receive a refund minus a $175 processing fee. All requests received after September 18, 2026, will forfeit 100% of the monies paid. Refunds will be processed no later than 30 days following the conclusion of the Symposium. Please send your request to contact@yourcommission.org.  

When you register for The Commission's Virtual Symposium, you are agreeing to adhere to The Commission's ™ Participant Rules of Conduct Policy.
