Dr. Monique D. Brown Faust is the Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Healthcare Systems Riviera Inc. (IHCS), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing behavioral health, housing stability and integrated care across Palm Beach County, Florida. A Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Master Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) and doctoral-level clinician in forensic psychology, Dr. Faust brings over 16 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment, with specialized expertise in clinical assessment, program development and systems-level care coordination. She leads innovative initiatives addressing homelessness, reentry and community-based behavioral health services, while guiding her organization through Joint Commission standards and regulatory excellence. Dr. Faust is recognized for her strategic leadership, commitment to underserved populations and ability to translate clinical insight into scalable, high-impact programs that improve outcomes and strengthen communities.
