Description

This session will address how workplace culture directly shapes clinical excellence, team cohesion, and patient outcomes. Using insights from behavioral science, the presentation breaks down the core concepts of merit, fairness, equity and belonging in clear practical terms-showing how identity bias and learning agility influence everyday decision making. Through interactive prompts, real-world examples and evidence-based strategies, participants will explore how to recognize cultural barriers, shift outdated assumptions and strengthen their ability to learn and adapt in complex care settings. Participants will leave this session with actionable tools to foster psychological safety, communicate more inclusively and support colleagues through meaningful allyship.
