Noah Harlan is a strategic technology executive and founder with over 15 years of experience driving enterprise transformation and building market-leading SaaS platforms. Currently as the Vice President of Community Solutions at Findhelp, he leads the development of digital infrastructure for a network of roughly 100,000 community program locations.

Prior to joining Findhelp, Noah was the Founder and CEO of Kiip, a platform acquired by Findhelp in 2024 that revolutionized document management for social service organizations. His career includes co-founding Two Bulls, where he led a $60M digital infrastructure strategy for Verizon Smart Cities and architected global service delivery transformations for the UN High Commissioner for Refugees. With a history of successful exits to Groupon, Carlyle Group and Findhelp, Noah brings deep expertise in AI implementation, enterprise software architecture and strategic product development to the challenge of improving access to care in underserved communities.
